Selling a condo in Delray Beach took just under a year. Market conditions, HOA restrictions, and a series of both minor and major complications made it a challenging process. Through all of it, Robin Waugh proved exceptional.Robin was consistently present, proactive, and determined — trying every possible avenue to sell a property that at times felt almost unsellable. Whether an early-morning call or a late-evening text, she responded quickly with clear guidance and thoughtful advice.Her professionalism, patience, and persistence made a difficult experience far more manageable, and she remained a pleasure to work with from listing through closing. I recommend her without hesitation.

Robin was the best realtor anyone could ever ask for! She went above and beyond to find the perfect rental home for us and made sure our needs were met in every way. All we can do is sing Robin's praises. She is a one of kind realtor. Robin has so much knowledge and can answer any and all your questions. She is super patient and goes with your flow. She does not make you feel pressured at all and actually takes any pressure or anxiety you feel, away. She truly provides exceptional service and genuinely has your best interest at heart.Robin was in our corner at every step of the way. She came with us to all of our appointments and asked questions we would have never thought to ask to ensure all bases were covered. Working with Robin was the best part of the process. Where do I even begin?! Robin is absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond for my partner and I to ensure that we were satisfied in every single way on our search for a new place to call home. She is the most transparent, real & down to earth woman I’ve ever met! She is more than efficient, is so on top of things and will never leave you without any questions being answered! Not to mention, she is just so kind and has the biggest heart! I 1000% cannot recommend her enough—she is like finding gold!

I had the pleasure of working with Robin on a recent deal. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very diligent - oh and did I mention she saved the entire deal? Working with Robin was a delight! She understood our specific needs in a home and never made us feel rushed. I’m not someone who likes to ask all the tough questions, or, even knew what questions to ask, as this was my first home-buying experience. Robin was great at communicating with us, and represented our best interests with third parties!

Robin is capable, smart and goes the extra mile. She is supportive and really listened to my needs as a buyer. She moved things forward, followed up with sellers, and did research without me having to ask. She asked questions I would have not thought of asking. She pointed things out to me about properties that I would have over looked. I am very grateful to have her as my realtor!

There might be many Realtors in South Florida. However, there is only one amazing Robin Waugh! From the first time I met her, over a year ago, she displayed knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism beyond any I had met. More importantly, I have to also say, was her patience in getting me through the process of finding the right home with all my pre-requisites. As a result, I would highly recommend her with the above phenomenal qualities as well as her vast knowledge from start to finish. She is truly awesome.
